To do that, you will have a strong body, and the resistance will become higher. Second, to have enough sleep, thus you will feel very energetic when you do everything. Finally, stay in a good mood. It is also the most important one. Because good mood can make you feel happy, you always feel that, some diseases will keep away from you. All in all, if you are not health, you can’t do anything well.
